What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 24/7. Our online platform and support systems are operating round-the-clock so you can browse, bid, and ask questions anytime.

Is it a free signup?
Yes! It is completely free to sign up and create an account with us. There are no hidden registration or membership fees.

What does the FOB price include?
The FOB (Free On Board) price does not include additional costs. It is only the unit cost of the vehicle. Shipping freight, marine insurance, and local import taxes will be additional charges.

What is C&F or CIF price?
C&F (Cost and Freight) includes the vehicle cost plus the shipping freight to your destination port. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) includes the vehicle cost, shipping freight, and marine insurance.

Are pre-export inspections available?
Yes, depending on your destination country's regulations, specific pre-export inspections (like JEVIC, JAAI, or QISJ) may be required. We can arrange these necessary tests before the vehicle departs Japan.

How do I pay for my vehicle?
We accept payments via international Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Once your order is confirmed, we will issue a Proforma Invoice with our bank details so you can send the remittance from your bank.
