Everything you need to know about completing Step 3, uploading your TT copy, and understanding your invoices.
We exclusively accept payments via international Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), also known as a bank wire transfer. This is the most secure and standard method for international vehicle purchases. Payments must be sent in the currency specified on your invoice (usually USD or JPY).
Our bank details are kept secure and are only revealed once you commit to purchasing. To see the bank details, you must review your Proforma Invoice in Step 2 and click the 'Order' button to move to Step 3. The invoice will then refresh to display the banking information needed for your transfer.
This is a critical step! After you complete the wire transfer at your bank, you must obtain the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) copy or payment receipt. Go back to your order on our website (which is now in Step 3) and upload the TT copy. We cannot confirm your payment or move to Step 4 without this document.
After you upload your TT copy, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the funds to clear into our Japanese bank account. Once the funds arrive and match your TT copy, our team will officially verify the transaction, and your order will progress to Step 4: Payment Confirmation.
Your Proforma Invoice is issued during Step 2 for payment purposes. Once the vehicle is shipped, we will issue a final Commercial Invoice which is required for customs clearance in your destination country. Both can be downloaded anytime from your account dashboard.
